Description:

A map of the Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) in the United States. Most HBCUs are found today in the (Census) South, with the greatest number - 15 - found in Alabama. Outside of the Southern United States, HBCUs can be found in Missouri, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.
